Business Development

Martin A. Malanoski, Director, Business Development

Martin was brought in to identify, develop and cultivate our commercial and strategic relationships. He is responsible for non-scientific operations, business development and marketing. Martin started his career as a strategic and benchmarking consultant for Fortune 500 clients. He then moved into implementation, process improvement, and reorganization for an international organization. Martin moved backed to the United States, to become the CFO of a highly leveraged diversified media company. Successfully selling the entity, he then became the CFO for a second media company and assisted in the sale of the entity to a PE firm. After the sale, he realized his goal and started his own successful commercial production company. He adapted his business model to take advantage of the structural shift in the graphics industry. He then started a second company, where he had no day to day operational responsibilities, and was looking for a new industry and challenge. His multidisciplined approach, unique skill sets, and perspectives will allow AriaVax to achieve its business goals.
